We are looking for a results-oriented career counselor to join Merits Career Guidance. We seek someone who can guide and match, is innovative, and has a strong drive.

We are looking for someone who

has a degree in career counseling or experience in career guidance
has extensive knowledge of adult education offerings and the current job market
can lead participants through the guidance process from mapping to setting career goals and matching them with work or studies
has a broad network of companies and organizations
can find creative pathways to employment for individuals who are far from the job market
