The Role

In your role as an insurance broker, you will contact Lendo's customers who have chosen to proceed with a loan. During the call, you will do your utmost to convey the insurance products that we can offer the customer. You will work towards clear goals and constantly strive to develop your sales with the support of your immediate manager.

The position begins with training regarding sales, Lendo's products, and the industry in Sweden. This is combined with listening in to be inspired by both colleagues and managers and to receive the feedback required for development.

After the basic training, your development will continue through ongoing coaching and training, both from your immediate manager and our experienced salespeople.

At Lendo, you will work together with your immediate team leader and your team, which currently consists of 5 full-time insurance sellers. In our department, it is important that we do things together, and we achieve our results together!

As an insurance seller at Lendo, you have a base salary, but in addition to that, you can influence your salary based on an attractive variable compensation model.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has sales experience, preferably from telephone sales
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently and has a good command of English
• Is results-oriented (maybe you are also competitive?)
• Likes to work towards clear and ambitious goals

Working hours: Full-time - 08:00-17:00 or 08:45-17:45

Location: You will be based in the office in central Stockholm but also have the opportunity to combine it with remote work. At Lendo, we work together in the office at least every Tuesday and Thursday.
