Senior Recruitment Partner
We are looking for a senior recruitment partner who, with their specialist expertise in psychological tests and selection methods, wants to develop, quality assure, and drive our recruitment efforts forward.

Unit's Mission
The Competence Supply Unit is part of the HR department at the Swedish Public Employment Service, tasked with coordinating and developing the agency's competence supply. The unit consists of three sections that work with competence supply planning, competence development, and recruitment, with a total of 58 employees.
Job Description
In the role of senior recruitment partner, you will support managers in recruitments from start to finish. You will ensure good management and ensure that the recruitment process is carried out according to established routines, regulations, and labor law guidelines. The role includes working consultatively with managers on issues related to recruitment, requirement profiles, and selection. You are responsible for the entire recruitment process and ongoing dialogues with managers and candidates.
The role also includes working to develop, evaluate, and quality assure the selection methods used within the organization. Furthermore, monitoring the external environment and networking within your area of responsibility is part of your tasks as part of developing the recruitment work in an evidence-based manner. The position also includes planning and conducting internal training in recruitment and selection.
We recruit based on an evidence-based approach and aim to continuously improve. The role requires you to handle many points of contact and recruitments simultaneously while delivering good service and creating strong relationships.

The position is a permanent full-time employment that may begin with a six-month probationary period. The place of employment is Östersund.

Basic Requirements for the Position
- Relevant university education in HR or equivalent knowledge that the employer assesses as equivalent
- At least five years of current work experience in independently managing the entire recruitment process, including administration, interpretation, and feedback of selection tests
- Current experience and/or education in evidence-based testing methodology
- Current experience in developing and producing various components included in selection processes based on an evidence-based methodology
- Very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish
Other Merits for the Position
- Experience working with recruitment in the public sector
- Experience training in the recruitment process
- Experience conducting validation studies and/or assessments of selection methods and their validity in selection and recruitment
