Our health center has approximately 12,200 registered patients, and our patients are always our focus. Here, we work together with colleagues from many different professions. Odensala Health Center, together with the Family Center Trädet, has about 65 employees where we utilize each other's expertise and create good conditions for the patient. We have general practitioners, district nurses, physiotherapists, nursing assistants, coordinators, and medical secretaries working with us. We also have child health care and maternal health care staffed with pediatric nurses and midwives. Additionally, we have a psychosocial clinic, an occupational therapist, and a rehabilitation coordinator who works in the team around the sick leave process.

The primary care in Region Jämtland Härjedalen is part of the Division of Close Care together with Ambulance, Public Dental Care, Psychiatry, and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. We are organized into four local care areas, and since January 2022, primary care and ambulance services have been integrated under the concept of "good and close care." Each local care area is an economic unit led by a manager. We are also responsible for the region's medical advice, youth clinic, and the local care department Näva.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a medical secretary at Odensala Health Center, you are the spider in the web. Some of your tasks include medical documentation in the Cosmic journal system, handling referrals, telephone service, and other administration for the operation.

We also help to staff the reception when the regular receptionist is not on duty. You should be passionate about providing service as the job involves contact with both patients and our various professional groups. We offer an interesting, varied, responsible, and above all, a fun job. You will be placed at Odensala Health Center. There is an opportunity to work remotely about 2 days a week.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with training as a medical secretary, healthcare administrator, or medical secretary, but also for those who are about to finish their medical secretary training. You should be open to new tasks and development work, enjoy patient contact, and thrive in the role of the "face of the health center".

We place great emphasis on personal qualities, the ability to organize your work efficiently, take initiative, have good collaboration skills, and enjoy varying tasks.
