Your role at the health center will involve working in home healthcare with some duties at the clinic. We offer varied tasks with good opportunities for development.

Our professional roles include general practitioners, social workers, district nurses, nursing assistants, and rehabilitation coordinators. Who are we looking for?

We want you to be genuinely interested in working with elderly, multi-sick patients. You should have good knowledge and experience in clinical assessments. It is important that you feel secure and confident in your role as a nurse, which is why we want you to have worked as a nurse for at least 3 years. You will guide the nursing assistant group together with the operations manager.

We place great importance on you contributing to an open and positive work climate together with your colleagues.

To succeed in the role, it is important that you find it easy to:

• Work in a structured manner
• Prioritize among tasks
• Work independently
• Communicate and collaborate with colleagues in the team.

Of course, you always have the patient in focus and you care about good treatment both over the phone and in personal meetings.

We use the Take Care journal system, and we would like you to be able to handle this system.

Reception

The Täby Centrum Health Center is located in the heart of Täby Centrum. In March, we moved into new premises in the mall together with Mama mia and BVC. We have specialist doctors in general medicine, training doctors, junior doctors, district nurses, nurses, psychotherapists, and nursing assistants. The clinic has over 7000 registered patients. Our common goal is to offer good and close care to all patients with engagement, empathy, and competence, and to be a pleasant workplace for all our wonderful employees.

A personal approach from familiar staff is one of the foundations of our operations. Our operations are environmentally certified and are reviewed annually based on environmental and quality aspects.
