Kockum Fritid is looking for a Training Coordinator – focusing on group training, children's training, and personal training

Do you want to help develop Southern Sweden's largest sports center? We are now looking for a driven and committed Training Coordinator who wants to join us on our journey forward.

About the role

As a Training Coordinator, you will provide operational support to the Training Manager and be an important part of our team. You will work in collaboration with the Training Manager, particularly focusing on developing:

• Group training

• Children's training

• Personal training operations

The position includes evening work approximately two times a week.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a certified group training instructor, preferably in dance, aerobics, or yoga

• Has experience in children's training and/or personal training (meritorious)

• Is organized, clear in communication, and passionate about creating inspiring training environments.

• Has a coaching approach and thrives in an operational role.
