What does the job entail?

We are looking for personal assistants for a young and very active man in Åkersberga. This client has many interests, and if you share several of these with him, we see it as a positive. For example, he enjoys trains, especially Märklin trains, he also likes music, doing diamond paintings, driving, swimming in the pool, and watching old Swedish movies and series. He also enjoys playing badminton, spending time at a flea market, or going for a walk with his personal assistant.

The positions are of varying degrees of employment, with opportunities for both smaller and larger roles. They are primarily distributed during the day and evening, on both weekdays and weekends. Working hours are between approximately 09:00-21:00, with some flexibility possible. Night shifts may be relevant in the future. About you -

For this position, you should be stable and calm in your professional role and as a person. You should also have good structure and order in your work. Having an initiative-taking ability, being creative, and being good at activating others in your surroundings is a given. You are flexible in thought and can also adapt your behavior and actions in a rapidly changing environment, where it is equally important to be active as it is to calm down or take a step back.

As a personal assistant, we would like you to be cooperative, attentive, responsible, flexible, and a good team player. The most important thing is that there is personal chemistry between you as a candidate and our client. This can become decisive in the final selection.

It is meritorious if you:

• Have experience with low-arousal responses,

• Can cook,

• Have technical skills and experience with communication aids (communication with a schedule),

• Can swim and participate in activities that involve swimming,

• Have an interest in everyday exercise and health.

• Hold a B driver's license for manual transmission.

It is required that you:

• Master the Swedish language well, in both speech and writing,

• Are smoke-free,

• Do not wear strong scents at work,

• Are not allergic to pets as there is a dog in the client's home,

• Have a strong work ethic and an interest and commitment to your work,

• Can present a valid extract from your criminal record from the Police upon potential employment.
