Temporary Support Assistants for Sundbyberg City Group Home

Sundbyberg City is looking for temporary support assistants primarily for the summer of 2025 but also during other seasons.

As a temporary support assistant, you will provide support and service to adults with intellectual disabilities in their homes as well as in leisure activities based on individual wishes and needs. We want you to have education from a care program or other training that the employer deems equivalent. We are looking for individuals who have experience in care work and are accustomed to providing support in residents' own apartments.

In daily activities, you will provide support and service to adults with intellectual disabilities in their work/employment.

We want you to have a strong interest in working with people, be responsible, stable, and have a good attitude, be attentive, and easily collaborate with others. We place great value on personal suitability.

The positions are temporary as needed, during the absence of regular employees. We have a need for substitutes on an occasional basis and also for somewhat longer periods, preferably during the summer but also during other seasons when regular employees are on vacation. Working hours may be scheduled during day/evening/weekend, sleeping on-call, and awake night shifts. Start date will be agreed upon. Apply by May 9, 2025.
