About the position:

As a cold kitchen assistant/kitchen helper with us, you will play a central role in the kitchen. Your tasks will include preparing and cooking cold dishes such as salads, appetizers, sandwiches, and desserts. You will be responsible for ensuring that the food maintains the highest quality and appealing presentation. The work is carried out with fresh and seasonal ingredients, and you play an important role in ensuring good hygiene and order in the kitchen. Collaboration with other kitchen and serving staff is also an important part of the role, as well as being involved in creating and developing new creative dishes.

We want you to work at least 7 weeks between June 1 and September 30, 75-100% according to agreement.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a cold kitchen assistant/kitchen helper or equivalent education.
• Is meticulous, creative, and has an eye for detail.
• Has good knowledge of food hygiene and self-control.
• Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and is stress-resistant.
• Is a team player with excellent communication skills.
• Is flexible and can work during the day, evenings, and weekends.
