As part of the Axis Facility team, you will play a central role in their daily operations within kitchen and conference. Here, you will work to create a pleasant environment by delivering high-quality snacks, lunches, and beverages. You will also ensure that conference rooms are in top condition for meetings and client visits. Your workday will be varied and filled with opportunities to make a difference for Axis employees and visitors.

Your main responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve morning snacks and light lunches.
• Manage dishwashing and maintain kitchen areas.
• Handle internal orders for food and beverages.
• Follow up and restock drinks and other supplies.
• Ensure that the dining area and kitchen spaces are clean and well-organized.
• Inspect conference rooms and conduct quality control of supplies.
• Manage product orders and receive deliveries.

THIS IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine sense of service and thrives in an environment where quality and professionalism are in focus.
• Is a positive team player who enjoys collaborating to solve everyday challenges.
• Is structured and has a knack for taking initiative.
• Has experience in similar tasks (preferable).
• To succeed in this role, you need to speak and write Swedish and English fluently. You feel comfortable meeting people and have experience handling digital systems, including the Office suite.
• A student with at least 50% study load and the ability to work 2 shifts/week.
