About the role as a cloakroom attendant
As a cloakroom attendant, you are an important part of our team, responsible for handling guests' clothing and belongings in a safe and professional manner. You create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure that every guest has a positive experience.

Your tasks will include:
· Receiving and documenting guests' clothing and belongings.
· Organizing and storing clothes and bags safely.
· Providing friendly and professional service and handling the cash register.
· Keeping the cloakroom and cash area clean and tidy.

Qualifications
· A positive and friendly attitude, with a sense of exceeding guests' expectations.
· Good guest service skills and professional demeanor.
· Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
· Previous experience in the service industry is an advantage, but not a requirement.
