Property Manager at Willhem Skövde?

Are you handy and passionate about going the extra mile for customers? Then this is the job for you! We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented property manager for our office in Skövde. The position is a temporary contract starting in May/June 2025 until February 2026. We are looking for someone who can work throughout the entire holiday period, with the possibility of vacation from the second half of August.

Willhem's properties in Skövde consist of over 800 apartments spread across several areas, including Storegården, Kilbacken, and Eriksdal. We are a close-knit and friendly team looking forward to welcoming you aboard. You will be one of two property managers in a team of 4, and we operate from modern premises in Storegården.

About the position

Your main task as a property manager is to be responsible for property maintenance and to nurture and develop our relationships with tenants. Most of your day will be spent out in our properties, but we also ensure that we meet regularly at the office and are keen on creating a pleasant and inclusive atmosphere. You will have significant responsibility and be a key person in delivering the highest quality to our tenants.

Your main tasks:

- establish and maintain good relationships with tenants, contractors, and colleagues

- perform systematic inspections according to a set schedule

- planning and execution of repairs and ongoing maintenance

- handle service requests, complaints, and claims, and provide feedback to tenants

- order and follow up on property supplies and minor contracting work

- oversee ventilation, heating, and electrical systems in our properties

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a high school education, preferably with a focus on or further training in technology and/or property management. You are a handy problem solver with knowledge and experience in at least some of the areas of plumbing, apartment inspections, fire safety, inspection work, construction, or electrical work. Furthermore, you have experience in customer-facing property work and possess good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. You should be familiar with working in computer systems, and a B driver's license is required.

We place great importance on your personal qualities. As a property manager, you have a lot of control over your time, so we are looking for someone who is responsible and can prioritize. You have a strong drive and are welcome to bring ideas on how we can improve in your area. Your ability to work independently is good, but you also work well in a team as we place great importance on collaboration and helping each other.
