We are currently looking for a Personal Service Technician for our client. You will have a varied and customer-oriented job where you are responsible for service, repairs, and troubleshooting of passenger cars. In addition to the technical work, you will also schedule appointments with customers and handle invoicing, giving you a broad role with significant responsibility. You will work in systems such as Tacdis and various brand-specific tools. Since you plan your customer visits yourself, you have great freedom to structure your workday in a way that creates both efficiency and good customer service.

You are service-oriented, social, positive, and resilient, doing what it takes to ensure every customer is satisfied. It is also important that you are administratively meticulous and contribute to a good working environment. You are curious and always want to try new things.

What can you do?

• You have professional experience as a car mechanic/personal service technician.
• You have a vocational education in automotive technology or equivalent experience.
• It is an advantage to have in-depth knowledge of electronics and troubleshooting gained through education or experience.
• You communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
• A valid B driver's license is required.
