Job Description

The role includes service, troubleshooting, repair, and assembly of our own and external products. Work is performed at the service center and on-site with customers. Some administrative tasks are also included in the position, such as order management in our business system SAP and documentation of completed service work. The service center primarily works with customers active in waste management and water and sewage management.

Qualifications

You have some form of technical education and at least 3-5 years of experience in practical workshop and field work on rotating equipment or similar products. Additionally, you should be technically interested, responsible, engaged, and service-oriented. You need to be able to take initiative and be good at getting things done. You should also be flexible and willing to work with practical and some administrative tasks. You need to be comfortable working both individually and in a team, so we can develop the business together.

The position involves travel primarily within the Gothenburg area and surroundings. A driving license (B) is a basic requirement. A forklift license is desirable.

You are practically oriented and have a genuine interest in technology and mechanics, as well as industry experience. Basic electrical/control/regulation knowledge is an advantage. Furthermore, you are flexible, communicative, and social, and enjoy being out with customers as well as working in our own workshop. You are well-organized and have good analytical skills; being cooperative and self-driven are clear traits in your personality.
