QSG Bevakning is now looking for a solution-oriented and technology-interested service technician in Gothenburg. Are you practical, have a technical interest, and enjoy independent work where service and problem-solving are in focus? Then this could be the job for you!

About the role

As a service technician with us, you will play an important role in the operation of parking solutions for our customers. Your work is varied and includes both technical, practical, and administrative tasks.

You will:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain ticket machines and other technical equipment used in the parking business
• Install and retrieve technical equipment
• Perform and document preventive maintenance of technical equipment
• Assemble and clean
• Monitor the status of technical equipment through monitoring systems and your own observations
• Show administrative tasks
• Participate in meetings with customers
• Work on improvements related to the business

About the employment

The position is a needs-based employment, with the greatest need during the summer months. The position may possibly transition to a full-time position in the fall.

Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Orderly finances
• Criminal record without remarks
• For employment at QSG Bevakning AB, it is required that you are approved by the County Administrative Board for employment at an authorized security company

Meritorious:

• Driver's license B
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• At least 1 year of experience in technical work with electromechanical products and software, where troubleshooting has been part of the job
• Technical education from high school or equivalent education
• Previous experience working with technical solutions
