Are you a true coffee enthusiast who enjoys interacting with customers? As a service technician, you play a crucial role in delivering the perfect cup of coffee in the workplace. You will be based at our office in Gothenburg and visit our customers spread across the region☕

In your role as a service technician, you will work on-site with our customers, handling installation, flavor adjustments, technical service, and troubleshooting, as well as ongoing maintenance of coffee machines.

You will pack your service vehicle for the day and ensure that our customers' coffee machines are in great condition to provide really good coffee at work. You will be our face to the customer and take pride in meeting and exceeding our customers' expectations. You will meet people at every location, and no day is the same.

We would like you to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be ready to develop. Additionally, we see that you are a positive team player who enjoys working both independently and in a team.

We are looking for someone who has completed high school, has a B driver's license, and is computer literate for job reporting. Previous experience in the industry or similar tasks is a plus.
