Operations Manager for Helsingborgshem

Do you want to lead, develop, and make a difference? We are looking for a committed and solution-focused operations manager with strong leadership skills who wants to take on a new and exciting role. Here you will combine operational responsibility with working strategically to develop our operations and management. You will be a key person in ensuring smooth and efficient operations while inspiring and motivating colleagues to succeed.

As a person, you are structured, organized, and enjoy identifying and solving problems. You communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.

You will be part of the Technical and Energy section, which consists of 11 colleagues with different experiences, colleagues who are happy to share knowledge and support each other. Together, we have a strong focus on daily operations and driving development to achieve our common goals.

As an operations manager with us, you will have a significant mandate and be responsible for the daily operations and management of the company's technical systems for heating, water, electricity, ventilation, and cooling. It is a broad assignment where much can happen simultaneously, so it is important that you see the big picture, can prioritize, and delegate.

A selection of your responsibilities and tasks:

• Lead, plan, and prioritize daily operations
• Be responsible for our operational optimization work
• Be responsible for investigative work within operations and management
• Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting for daily operations
• Plan maintenance of our technical systems together with our maintenance manager
• Represent operations and management in business development projects and process management work

We have a strong focus on ensuring effective and well-functioning operations and management, where your role as operations manager is crucial for our success.

In the role of operations manager, you will work closely and report to the head of Technical and Energy.

You who apply have a good understanding and knowledge of technical property management and property automation. You also have the ability to communicate with employees, contractors, and tenants.

You have documented leadership experience and hold a B driver's license. You should have at least 5-10 years of experience in the real estate industry and a relevant education in property, construction, or technology, or equivalent work experience.
