Job Responsibilities

In the role of Housing Manager, you will work in a broad role where no two days are the same. What is central and what you always need to keep in mind is to appreciate contact with people and thrive in a varied everyday life. You will, among other things, handle incoming and outgoing customer contacts such as inquiries, fault reports, complaints, and assist with information. You will manage disturbance cases, plan and conduct inspections and supervision in connection with move-ins and move-outs. You are responsible for budget monitoring for housing maintenance within your own housing manager area and review and code invoices related to this. In addition, a large part of the job involves performing simpler repairs such as sealing windows, unclogging drains, changing light bulbs, seals, faucets, etc. You are also responsible for external maintenance such as cleaning stone and gravel areas, waste stations, and snow removal. • Daily customer contact and close cooperation with tenants • Handling of fault reports, disturbance cases, and inspections • Performing simpler repairs • Responsibility for budget monitoring for housing maintenance

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

• Completed upper secondary education • Several years of work experience in a customer-oriented role or relevant craft profession involving close customer contact • Good computer skills • B driver's license • Swedish/English in both spoken and written (other languages are a plus) We are convinced that your personal qualities will be decisive for success in the role of housing manager.
