Magle Group is a leading player in life science and pharmaceutical manufacturing with production facilities in Malmö and Lund (SE) as well as Køge and Hårlev (DK). We are now looking for a skilled and dedicated process engineer to strengthen our Engineering team.

As a process engineer, you will be an important part of our Engineering team and be responsible for optimizing and developing production processes that meet GMP requirements (Good Manufacturing Practice). You are a natural team player and thrive in collaborating cross-functionally to achieve common goals. You are used to juggling multiple tasks and are good at explaining and involving your stakeholders in production, quality assurance, and R&D, to ensure that all processes run efficiently and meet GMP quality standards. We see that you can work both strategically and operationally.

Your workplace will primarily be in Malmö, but will also include Lund, as well as Køge and Hårlev in Denmark to some extent.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Design, optimization, and validation of production processes in accordance with GMP standards.
• Participate in the development of new processes and techniques, including risk assessment and process improvement.
• Prepare and update process documentation and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Conduct qualification and change requests and manage deviations.
• Collaboration with quality assurance and EHS to ensure compliance with legislation and GMP standards.
• Troubleshooting and optimizing processes for increased efficiency and cost savings.
• Participate in interdisciplinary project teams focused on driving improvements.

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Higher education degree in chemical engineering, biotechnology, manufacturing, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience as a process engineer in a GMP-regulated industry.
• Good understanding of GMP, quality management, and qualification.
• Experience in process improvement, troubleshooting, and optimization of production processes.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in Swedish and English; knowledge of Danish is a plus.
• Ability to perform systematic problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your own tasks.
