Main Assignment

The purpose of the Community main assignment is to increase residents' quality of life and ability to influence their living conditions. Together, the activities of the main assignment create conditions for good health, an attractive, accessible, and vibrant urban environment, countryside and nature, a safe and healthy indoor and outdoor environment, a rich supply of culture, sports, leisure, and good infrastructure.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a Team Leader with a focus on vehicles, storage, warehouse, and workshop. The operations also include work-related practice and the operation of the Leisure Bank.

The role includes responsibility for the warehouse and storage, which means being responsible for ensuring that materials are available to meet the daily and long-term needs within Ängelholm municipality. It also includes responsibility for small machines and equipment rental.

The main job responsibilities are planning and leading the daily operations within vehicle management, workshop work, storage sales, and assignments for supervisors in work-related practice.

The unit includes several different areas of responsibility, which entails very varied tasks and the need to feel comfortable in a flexible working method.

You will work closely with the unit manager and be involved in everything that happens within the unit.

QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in the role of team leader with us, you are a structured, responsible, and solution-oriented person who understands the importance of planning and organizing daily work.

We see that you have at least post-secondary education and experience in planning and coordinating work in areas relevant to the position.

The role requires structure, logistics, and the ability to see the whole picture, work across boundaries, be communicative and strategic. You are passionate about development and see opportunities to create good work processes to increase productivity. In this development, it is important that you advocate for sustainability in terms of environment, economy, and good working conditions.

You have a knack for getting others involved and are driven to motivate and engage employees, as well as the ability to lead and develop employees in a positive spirit.

It is an advantage if you have experience from previous municipal operations, have occupational safety training, leadership training, or experience with operational systems such as KomMa or Proceedo.

You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, have good IT skills, and are a regular user of Office programs. We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.
