We are now looking for a Mixer Operator - Lye and Power at Billerud in Skärblacka

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous operator for our team in the Lye and Power department. If you are a team player with an eye for detail and a desire to develop, then this is the right role for you!

The Lye and Power department is responsible for recycling, producing, and delivering chemicals for pulp manufacturing as well as providing energy in the form of steam. As an operator, you will play a key role in our production process, being part of a shift team that collectively ensures the department runs optimally.

The Lye and Power department is divided into several operator sections; soda boiler, evaporation, white liquor preparation, water/steam, and solid fuel boiler.

The position involves continuous shift work (6-shift).

Your main tasks will include:

• Monitoring via screen-based control system
• Rounds and handling urgent operational disturbances in the factory
• Participating in position meetings to optimize process operation and contribute to maintaining a reliable process
• Reporting deviations regarding operational and personnel safety

To succeed in the role of operator in the Mixer, we believe you have:

• High school diploma preferably with a focus on technology, industry, or production

It is an advantage if you have:

• Work experience from the process/manufacturing industry
• Post-secondary education in process/paper technology
