Your role as an assembly technician

On September 22, the basic training starts with us at Skill, and after 10 weeks of training, you will step into the role of assembly technician within the Gripen production at Saab in Tannefors. You will have an exciting task where the main responsibilities consist of mechanical and electrical installation in aircraft as well as functional testing of parts and entire systems. The tasks are varied, as the department is responsible for everything from the installation of wiring, pipes, and landing gear, all the way to a finished aircraft.

We are looking for you...

...with a genuine technical interest who enjoys working practically. Experience is not a requirement – the most important thing is that you have the drive and willingness to learn the role of assembly technician. We value that you are self-driven, responsible, and enjoy collaborating.

To succeed in the role, commitment, loyalty, and giving your best every day are essential. You also need to be proficient in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form. We offer a long-term opportunity where you can grow and develop as an assembler.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has security classification requirements, there may be requirements for certain citizenship, if applicable.
