About the Position

Do you want to work with welding in an advanced industrial environment where precision, quality, and continuous improvement are a natural part of everyday life?

In this role, you will work with several different welding methods, where TIG, MMA, MAG, and wire welding are central parts of the daily work. You will process complex components with high-quality requirements and perform welding work with precision and a sense of responsibility. Being able to read and understand drawings is an important part of the job, as well as having a structured and methodical approach. You will actively work with quality assurance and improvement work, which means you are expected to contribute with both your expertise and your ideas to develop both work methods and processes.

The start date for the position is immediate or by agreement. Working hours are scheduled for 2-shift.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good experience in TIG, MIG/MAG, and wire welding.
• Has good knowledge of reading drawings and material knowledge.
• Has a hot work permit.
• If you have valid welding licenses, it is highly meritorious.

To thrive in this role, we see that you are quality-conscious, analytical, and have a strong safety mindset. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form, and if you also have knowledge of English, it is an advantage. You also have a sense of order and enjoy working in an environment characterized by teamwork, responsibility, and continuous development.
