Sky Hotel/Vander is currently looking for two service-oriented and flexible employees to join our Customer Service team. The positions are on-demand, perfect for those who want to work extra alongside studies or another job and can step in as needed and during sick leave.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where guest interactions and first-class service are the focus. Here, you will be part of an engaged team and play an important role in creating a positive experience for our guests during their stay.

About the role

We are a company with a digital focus that uses self-check-in instead of a traditional reception, but we still maintain close contact with our guests who often reach out with questions both before and during their stay.

Our Customer Service team, located in an office at the hotel, is responsible for providing quick and professional service and acts as the guest's first point of contact – primarily via phone and email, but also through personal meetings on-site.

We believe that you:

• Have experience in customer service, reception, or another service role (meritorious)
• Are solution-oriented and remain calm in stressful situations
• Have good technical understanding
• Are communicative, service-minded, and enjoy meeting new people
• Have good patience and a positive attitude, even when challenges arise
• Can work independently but also contribute to the team
