BCC AB, which is in a growth phase, is now looking for a business-oriented and service-minded Spare Parts Coordinator for our aftermarket department. You have a strong drive and a professional demeanor. The position is a permanent full-time employment, and the start date can be adjusted to your current notice period.

About the Position

You will be offered a qualified and developing position with many contacts in a company characterized by short decision-making paths, a high level of ambition, and proximity to its customers.

As a Spare Parts Coordinator at BCC AB, you will be responsible for the sale of spare parts to our customers and partners globally. You will work closely with the aftermarket team and support customers with inquiries regarding spare parts, warranty issues, and technical consultations. The role involves both independent work and collaboration within a dynamic team where customer satisfaction and service are the focus.

Your responsibilities primarily include:

  • Sales of spare parts and components
  • Handling quotes and orders
  • Customer contact and support in aftermarket-related issues
  • Participating in development projects within the spare parts and aftermarket area
  • Supporting the After Market Manager

The position reports to the After Market Manager.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with previous experience as a Spare Parts Salesperson, Service Technician, Inside Salesperson, or practical experience in mechanical engineering. If you have a technical education, we view this positively.

If you have previous experience in an international environment of spare parts sales in an industrial or technical environment (B2B), it is an advantage.

We want you to have broad technical knowledge. Knowledge of mechanics, automation, pneumatics, and/or electricity is advantageous. Being able to read and understand drawings and exploded views is valuable.

The role requires fluent Swedish in speech and writing and good knowledge of technical English in both speech and writing. If you master another language such as Spanish, Portuguese, German, or French, it is very positive.

You have good IT skills in business systems (we use Pyramid) and the Office suite (primarily Excel).

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented person who enjoys working in a team but also has the ability to take initiative. You are meticulous, structured, and service-oriented with a good business sense. Furthermore, you are proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused.

In this recruitment, we use psychological testing for candidates selected for interviews and background checks for the final candidate.

A valid driver's license (B) is required for the position.
