Your role

As a Fullstack Developer at Rapid Data, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our products. You will be part of our Professional Services Team and help drive the technology forward. Your work will have a direct impact on our success.

We are looking for someone who:

Is an engaged fullstack developer who thrives in a fast-paced and innovative environment. You enjoy problem-solving, communicate easily with teams and clients, take initiative, and want to make a difference through technology.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Swedish and English
• A few years of experience in fullstack development
• Experience with Vue.js on the frontend (preferably with Vuetify)
• Experience with Java on the backend (preferably with Play Framework)
• Experience with PostgreSQL as a database
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
• Relevant academic background or practical experience in software development (e.g., computer science, information systems, or engineering)

Desirable skills:

• Programming languages & frameworks: Vue.js (Frontend), Java + Play Framework (Backend), PostgreSQL (DB)
• Version control & collaboration tools: Git, Bitbucket, Jira
• Cloud services: UpCloud, DigitalOcean, Azure
• Testing tools: Cypress (E2E), JUnit, Rest Assured (backend testing)
