Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Test and Verification Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Assemble complex prototypes and integrate multi-disciplinary modules, including mechanical, pneumatic, vacuum, electrical, and software systems
• Execute comprehensive testing activities—covering safety, functionality, performance, and endurance—at both component and system levels, in-house and at customer locations
• Maintain, improve, and calibrate lab equipment to ensure operational readiness and compliance with quality standards
• Contribute to the development, refinement, and documentation of test and verification processes throughout the product lifecycle
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in design, quality, and production to ensure successful product development and release
• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to peers and junior engineers, promoting knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement

What you bring:

• Master’s degree in engineering or other relevant academic background
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Assembly, Test, and Verification engineering
• Proven ability to contribute in early-stage product development and navigate complex, cross-functional environments
• Strong technical proficiency in mechatronic systems, with experience in integrating and testing systems that combine mechanical, electrical, and software components
• Demonstrated capability in troubleshooting and resolving issues with physical hardware
• Collaborative mindset with a continuous learning attitude and willingness to adopt new technologies and methodologies
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
