To drive this transformation, we are looking for an ERP Technical Architect who can play a key role in the work and help build a future-proof platform for Nefab.

As an ERP Technical Architect, you will have overall responsibility for the Infor Cloudsuite platform from a technical perspective. The role has a particular focus on being the spider in the web for implementation projects and driving cross-functional initiatives that ensure smooth and strategic integration of the ERP system into the business. Together with our external partners, you will ensure efficient operation of the system, including system administration, security settings, and release management. Your role will be central to further developing the platform, and you will work closely with the business to support and develop business processes within ERP.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Be the main contact person for our technical consultants and partners related to the ERP platform.
  • Act as a cross-functional link between technical teams and business needs.
  • Ensure that the ERP system and its components function and are kept up to date.
  • Configure components in Infor Cloudsuite to enable integration with other systems.
  • Work with user interfaces.
  • Manage releases in connection with continuous updates and maintenance.
  • Define strategy and guidelines for workflows, integrations, and security solutions.

Your Profile:

We are looking for someone with a strong technical and business background, combined with experience working with ERP systems, particularly in the manufacturing industry.

To succeed in this role, we prefer that you have:

  • A university degree in industrial economics, computer science, business administration with an IT focus, logistics, or equivalent.
  • 5–10 years of technical work experience related to Infor Cloudsuite and/or M3 and its processes, where you have focused on designing, implementing, and technically maintaining the platform.
  • Your expertise in Infor Cloudsuite, particularly M3, will be central to this role.
  • Experience with system integrations and release management, where you have led upgrades and ensured that the system operates optimally after updates.
  • The ability to lead and conduct testing processes and implement effective security solutions is a plus.
  • We also appreciate your ability to both make technical changes and order necessary projects.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as you will work in a global environment and have contact with teams in different parts of the world.

You may also have:

  • Knowledge of API management and middleware solutions, which are important for smooth integration between different systems.
  • Experience in project management and change management, where you have driven changes and improvements with a structured approach.
  • A natural ability to lead technical teams and collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to create a well-functioning whole.

Personal Characteristics:

  • Communicative: You have a strong ability to build sustainable relationships and communicate clearly and effectively, whether you are speaking with technical specialists or other departments within the organization.
  • Analytical: You are meticulous and systematic in your work, with the ability to break down complex problems and find well-founded, practical solutions.
  • Result-oriented and persistent: You work purposefully towards concrete results and have the persistence required to overcome challenges and drive projects to success.
  • Collaborative: You are a team player who values working together with others, always keeping the common goal in mind and how the team’s collaboration can drive the business forward.
  • Quick learner and flexible: You adapt easily to new situations and are always open to acquiring new knowledge. You thrive in environments where change and innovation are part of everyday life.

Location:

The position can be based in any location in Sweden. Our IT core team is located in Stockholm, and it is important that you have the opportunity to spend time there as needed, especially during critical phases of the implementation project. Travel within Sweden and internationally may occur as needed, for example, to visit various Nefab operations and better understand their specific requirements.
