In your daily work, you’ll also interact with teams working with purchasing, order handling, material handling, and quality.
The culture in our team is open, proactive, and fast-paced. We believe in giving you the freedom to shape your work, contribute with ideas, and truly make a difference.

Your main focus will be to drive digitalization that supports both daily operations and long-term improvements. This includes digitalizing pulse boards and daily management routines using tools like Power BI to make data easy to understand and act on. You’ll analyze and structure master data to support smarter decisions and continuous development. As Business Key User for Scale and M3, you’ll work with local superusers and global IT to ensure systems support our needs. Collaboration with departments like purchasing, material handling, quality, and order management will be key when improving and integrating digital tools. You will also support colleagues by sharing knowledge and building data skills across the organization.
Your profile
We believe you are a proactive and curious person who is driven by improvement, and you also enjoy solving problems through smart, data-driven solutions. You are structured in your approach, confident in navigating complex information, and motivated by turning insights into actions. Your ability to work independently and take initiative is combined with a collaborative mindset and strong communication skills. You feel comfortable engaging with stakeholders at different levels, from operational teams to senior leaders, and you have the interpersonal skills to build trust and drive change.
To succeed in this role, you need experience working with Power BI and Excel to build dashboards and reports. You should also have a good understanding of how data and systems can be used to support and improve logistics processes.
You might come from a more technical background and feel confident working with systems and data to drive improvement. Or perhaps you’ve contributed to projects where new tools or ways of working were introduced, and you enjoy finding practical solutions together with others. Above all, we’re looking for someone with the right mindset – someone who brings drive, clarity, and engagement to our team, and thrives in an environment where improvement and innovation go hand in hand.
