We are facing an exciting transformation where we are implementing a new ERP platform (Infor Cloudsuite/M3) to meet today’s technical requirements and business challenges. Nefab is currently in an intensive implementation phase of the system, making this role particularly important to ensure a long-term and robust solution.
To drive this transformation, we are looking for an ERP Analyst focused on Operations and manufacturing processes who can play a central role in the work and contribute to building a future-proof platform for Nefab.
As an ERP Analyst Operations, you will be responsible for supporting, optimizing, and further developing processes related to manufacturing and production within the framework of the Infor M3 Cloudsuite platform. You will work closely with the business to ensure efficient workflows and drive improvement initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as a link between the business and technical teams to identify, analyze, and improve production and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure that the ERP system effectively supports the needs of the manufacturing operations.
- Configure and customize Infor Cloudsuite/M3 to optimize processes and workflows within Operations.
- Participate in testing processes and ensure functionality during implementations and updates.
- Train and support the business in the use of the ERP system.
Your Profile:
We are looking for someone with experience working with ERP systems in the manufacturing industry and a good understanding of production and operations processes.
To succeed in the role, we hope you have:
- A degree in industrial economics, logistics, computer science, or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years of experience working with ERP systems (preferably Infor Cloudsuite and/or M3) related to manufacturing processes.
- A good understanding of process flows in manufacturing and production.
- Experience configuring ERP systems to optimize business processes.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as you will be working in a global environment.
Personal Attributes:
- Communicative: You find it easy to collaborate with different parts of the organization and can explain technical solutions in an understandable way.
- Analytical and solution-oriented: You have the ability to quickly identify improvement potential and find practical solutions.
- Structured: You plan and execute your work with precision and quality.
- Team player: You enjoy working together with others and always see the bigger picture.
Location: The position offers flexibility and can be based from any location in Sweden. Our IT core team is located in Stockholm, and you will therefore need to be available to be on-site there as needed, especially during critical phases of the implementation project. Travel within Sweden and internationally may occur, for example, to visit various Nefab operations and better understand their specific requirements.
Company Values and Work Approach: Our core values are Simplicity, Responsibility, and Respect, and our way of working is characterized by Customer First, Collaboration, and Communication. We strive to always put the customer in focus and to care for the environment. At Nefab, you are empowered to innovate and simplify business processes while we work closely together across the globe.
Application: In this recruitment, we collaborate with FRAM. If you have questions about the position, please contact Katarina Czudowska at 0735-17 37 89. Apply via www.framrekrytering.se by registering your CV and linking your application to the position.
