We offer care and service to our customers through assistance decisions or as a RUT service. Based on the customer's needs, we ensure to collaboratively design a safe service that is tailored to needs and wishes. We actively work with case management and to meet the needs and routines of our customers, we prioritize small workgroups with good continuity. We have our own quality management system and systematically work with quality assurance in the business – we can always improve.

Today, the company has over 900 employees including nursing assistants, caregivers, and cleaners. We have special competence in dementia and palliative care. The name Allegio comes from the Latin word Legio which means “chosen personnel” – it is based on this principle that we operate: we know that we provide the best service when we also have the best and most dedicated staff!

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with individuals, respecting our customers and providing the absolute best service is very important.

It is important that you handle the Swedish language in both speech and writing. It is a requirement that you hold a B driver's license.

The position includes a permanent employment with a probationary period of 6 months. You will only work evening shifts between 4 PM and 10:30 PM.

Before the interview, it is important that you obtain a copy of your criminal record that you can present.
