The booking and reception at STAR BOWLING play an important role as they represent the company outwardly. As an employee, initiative, a strong customer focus, and a positive attitude are required. Job Responsibilities

In the reception, you are the face of the company to its visitors. You are also an internal support for other employees regarding service and administration. Your daily tasks will include the following:

• Opening and closing the reception
• Welcoming conference guests
• Answering phone calls and emails
• Checking in our guests to their respective departments
• Resolving bowling stops
• Assisting with technology and IT in conference rooms and reception.

In the booking department, all inquiries that come to us are received. These come via email, phone, and online.

• Making bookings
• Sending quotes and booking confirmations
• Planning events with customers
• Answering phone calls and emails
• Confirming with customers/guests before their stay
• Ensuring the correct information is sent to the various departments
• Invoicing

In addition to this, you will assist the company's employees with various administrative tasks. You will work with a phone and computer as your primary tools.

Requirements for the position:

• Previous experience in similar administrative tasks
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of the Office suite
• Knowledge of Caspeco's booking and cash system is an advantage
• Knowledge of bowling and Brunnsvik's bowling machines is an advantage
• Knowledge of Vikning scoring system is an advantage

Qualifications

To be qualified for the role of receptionist/booker, we see that you have the ability to see what needs to be done and prioritize. We expect you to have a work style that reflects structure and precision, placing great importance on details. Since the tasks can vary, we see that you are unpretentious and have a high degree of work ethic and can step in where needed.

You should be a cheerful, positive, and service-minded person. Furthermore, it is very important that you are skilled at expressing yourself in both spoken and written Swedish and English. If you have experience in the restaurant industry, that is a plus.

You will also have a sales role where you take on significant responsibility for new customer outreach but also develop and expand relationships with existing customers. We are looking for someone who sees themselves as a communicator with great engagement and a “get things done” attitude who wants to grow together with the company.
