In the role of Recruitment HR Coordinator, you will be a key player in our Delivery Team. You will work with recruitment from start to finish – from writing job ads to conducting selections, interviews, and reference checks. Additionally, you will play a significant role in HR administration and consultancy matters. Here, you will also take responsibility for, for example, systematic work environment efforts and consultancy events.

• Selection and screening of applications
• Phone interviews and reference checks
• HR administration and handling of consultancy matters
• Responding to inquiries from candidates and consultants via email and phone
• Time reporting and invoicing

In this role, you will work in a dynamic team where tasks vary from week to week. Some days will focus on recruitment, while other days will be more about HR-related issues and consultancy matters. • Has a post-secondary education in HR, behavioral science, or another relevant field
• Has worked part-time or full-time with similar tasks previously
• Is meticulous, structured, and used to a fast pace
• Has good knowledge of the Office suite and very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Has a B driver's license
