Staff Wanted for Lindex in Linköping and Norrköping

We are looking for more team members for our pool for Lindex stores in Linköping and Norrköping. You will be employed by us at Retail Staffing and work on behalf of Lindex, moving between the chain's various stores as needed. You can quickly and easily book yourself via our app.

As a salesperson, you will be involved in all regular store tasks such as sales at the checkout and on the floor, customer service, stock management, and restocking. As a salesperson, you always provide a good customer experience. You are outgoing and actively engage with customers. You take personal responsibility and work in a team with your colleagues in the store.

The start date for the employment will be sometime in April-May.

Experience/Qualifications:

• It is a requirement that you have another main occupation for at least one year ahead. This can be in the form of studies of at least 50%, part-time work of at least 50% (temporary or hourly employment does not count), or you are a self-employed person with active F-tax.
• You have completed a high school education.
• You have previously worked as a retail salesperson with personal sales experience.
• It is a REQUIREMENT that you can work at least 2 shifts on weekdays during the day per week, and there is also the opportunity to work weekends and evenings.
• You can work irregular hours and can step in at short notice.
• You have good language skills in Swedish and English.
