Inera Test och utveckling AB develops, tests, and manages important digital services and IT infrastructure within Sweden's welfare, focusing primarily on healthcare and social services. We are also responsible for the technology and methods related to testing and development.
Inera Test och utveckling, formerly Nordic Medtest, is the internal testing and development company of the parent company Inera AB. Since the name change, Inera Test och utveckling has become a clearer part of the parent company.
We are a public company through our ownership structure. Inera AB, owned by Sweden's municipalities and regions, develops and is responsible for services such as 1177 and the national infrastructure for healthcare and social services, including a large number of critical digital services primarily used by regions and municipalities.
The head office is located in Karlstad, where around 60 employees and several hired consultants work. Some employees are located at Inera's offices in Södermalm, Stockholm.

Who are you?
Our responsibilities have expanded, and we are now looking for several experienced developers for a new agile development team responsible for application management and further development of services that manage permissions and access, primarily within healthcare and social services. You enjoy working with complex solutions and find it exciting to be part of building a new team.
Qualifications
You are an experienced software developer with a focus on IAM solutions who enjoys collaborating with colleagues and clients. You should take significant responsibility for your work. Humility and helpfulness are two other important aspects of our collaborative working style. You have an academic education or equivalent in development. You should possess the following qualities:
- In-depth knowledge of Java, including experience in developing or further developing complex systems with this language.
- Good understanding of security protocols, authentication flows, and standards such as SAML, OAuth2.0, and OpenID Connect.
- Experience working with federated identity management, user authentication, and authorization services.
- Strong skills in system architecture and design patterns, especially in relation to scalability and security.
- Ability to effectively collaborate in teams, as well as independently drive projects from idea to implementation.
- Good understanding of integration and management of databases, API development, and microservices architecture.
- Experience using tools and frameworks that support Java development, such as Spring Boot, Spring Security, Hibernate, and Maven.
- Ability to write well-structured, readable, and maintainable code, as well as experience in unit testing and integration testing.
- Experience working in Scrum with Atlassian products and collaborating with colleagues to solve problems.
- Experience with CI/CD in established tools.
- A willingness to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in software development and cybersecurity.
You should have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written, as all communication and documentation is conducted in Swedish.
