Are you a group accounting economist with a tech interest and good knowledge of Cognos? Then this role might be right for you!

You will work in PE-backed industrial groups where you handle accounting and consolidation for several companies. Here you are offered an independent role in a smaller team with broad tasks and the opportunity to influence how the role is shaped.

In this role, you will be responsible for group accounting and reporting, where you work both operationally and strategically to ensure high quality in the accounting. You will use Cognos as a central tool in your work and actively work to streamline and quality assure the reporting. Your main tasks include:

• Consolidation and preparation of accounting for several companies within the group
• Handling of ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliations, VAT reporting, as well as allocation and budgeting of fixed costs, including year-end work and preparation of annual reports.
• Quality review of financial reports and proactive analysis of the companies' finances

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Experience in group accounting
• Good knowledge of Cognos and Excel
• Understanding of regulations, especially K3
• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written

We consider it a merit if you have:

• Experience from an agency or consulting industry
• Experience from the industrial or real estate sector
