JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an employer coordinator with us, you will have a varied and exciting workday! You will be the spider in the web and create contacts with employers in a variety of industries. You will get to know the employers and their needs, in order to match the right person to the right place. As an employer coordinator, you will contribute to increased labor market inclusion, especially for target groups that are far from the labor market or in need of additional support.

An important part of your work will be to map out what competencies employers are seeking and what the need for support looks like. You will guide and support both employers and job seekers throughout the process with the goal of achieving employment. This means helping employers find the right candidates and helping job seekers find a workplace that suits them.

You will also have a good understanding of what support measures are available and be an expert at guiding employers through the jungle of authorities. To facilitate matching and create a good overview, you will be involved in developing and administering a shared database where all internships and employer contacts are gathered, as well as organizing recruitment meetings, forums for dialogue, or other initiatives that are valuable for the assignment.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a relevant university degree that the employer deems relevant. You may have previously worked with labor market issues, perhaps in recruitment or at the employment agency.

Since a large part of the work involves creating and developing relationships, it is important that you are relationship-building and communicative and have an easy time collaborating with others. You have the ability to build trust and establish long-term relationships.

You also need to have knowledge of the various types of support measures available for employers and job seekers, and you are familiar with how authorities such as the employment agency and social insurance agency operate.

To succeed in this role, we believe you are a solution-oriented person who enjoys taking initiative and driving things forward. A new role that requires you to have a good ability to structure your own day where you have the opportunity to shape its content towards clearly set goals.
