Anders Olofskolan is a school for grades 4-9 with about 220 students and is located in Hammarstrand. The school is divided into three teams: one team for grades 4-6 and two teams for grades 7-9.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a subject teacher with a focus on physical education and health for grades 4-9. As a subject teacher, you will be part of a team with teachers and support staff. You will actively participate in developing the school's pedagogical activities. The work consists of planning, implementing, evaluating, and developing teaching in collaboration with the team based on the goals of the organization. You will clearly work with our knowledge goals and requirements to motivate students and help them achieve good results in their development, both socially and academically. You will use varied teaching methods and base your approach on each student's thinking and knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a teaching license relevant to the position. You are well acquainted with the governing documents and can translate these into understandable and meaningful learning for students. You have high expectations for students and their ability to develop, and you can capture and stimulate students' curiosity, interest, and learning.

It is an advantage if you have experience working with children who need special support and have experience using digital tools for students' learning.

As a person, you are structured, well-planned, and inspiring in your teaching. You are collaborative and interested in contributing to the professional development of the organization. You have the ability to plan and organize both your own work and the students' work effectively, creating a trusting classroom climate where all students can express themselves.
