About the position

In the role of Business Support based in Malmö, you will play a central role in providing financial support for the various projects of the organization.

Your main tasks include planning, administration, and financial management. You will be responsible for budget management, financial follow-up, invoicing, assignment management, coding, and financial processes at project initiation. Furthermore, you will work with forecasts to ensure an accurate and updated financial overview, as well as managing change orders to adjust the financial frameworks of projects in the event of changes. Additionally, you will handle timesheets for consultants and review supplier invoices.

In this role, you will have many points of contact and collaborate closely with key individuals such as subcontractors, project managers, managers at various levels, as well as finance and support functions within the organization. Your ability to coordinate and create effective work processes will be crucial to ensuring smooth project administration.

About you

This role is suitable for you who thrive in a dynamic work environment with a fast pace where you can manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep track of many internal contacts. Structured and meticulous work is essential to successfully support the organization. The role requires you to be service-oriented and possess good communication and analytical skills. You have the ability to manage your time, identify and anticipate needs, and prioritize tasks.

As much of the work takes place in various business systems, IT proficiency is an important part of the role. You should have experience working in business systems and be able to navigate smoothly in digital environments. Your ability to quickly learn new systems and tools, as well as adapt to changes, is crucial for effectively handling the tasks.

Furthermore, you have:

• Post-secondary education in finance or project management at the university level.
• Experience with financial systems such as IFS, Dynamics, or similar.
• Experience with similar tasks is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and express yourself fluently in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
