We are looking for someone who wishes to have a part-time job during office hours alongside their studies.

We are seeking a positive, engaged, and service-oriented person who wants to assist our customers as needed. You will cover for regular staff during absences and contribute to a well-functioning work environment. Common roles include receptionist, Office Coordinator, and office administrator.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong sense of service and enjoys helping others
  • Is structured and has an eye for detail, with the ability to keep the work environment tidy and inviting
  • Is organized and meticulous in their work
  • Has a solution-oriented attitude and can handle various situations professionally

Examples of job tasks:

  • Welcome and assist visitors
  • Handle incoming calls and emails
  • Receive mail and deliveries
  • Maintain conference rooms and office mail
  • Support with administrative tasks as needed
  • Ensure order and tidiness in the office landscape and reception

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
  • Experience working with email and phone communication
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook)
  • Previous experience in customer service or receptionist work

  • Another primary occupation

  • Working hours: Varies depending on customer needs, but the work is during office hours. Information about the position:

You will be employed by us at Joyweek but act as a consultant, as needed, at our client companies. As a consultant at Joyweek, you will have regular and supportive contact with your consultant manager and a contact person at the client company.
