We are now looking for you!

A driven and curious mechanic to serve as a substitute for the first mechanic at our workshop in Västerås. We are looking for a technically skilled, communicative team player who is proud of your profession. You will substitute for the first mechanic as needed. When you substitute for the first mechanic, you are responsible for being the first support for production and for the workshop manager in Västerås, overseeing reported faults in buses and organizing work distribution based on bus needs. Your work includes being a role model regarding the company's values and leadership and working towards the corporate goals and key figures we have to achieve the best possible results.

Our expectations of you are that:

• you have workshop technical education and/or equivalent experience working as a truck/bus or general heavy mechanic.
• troubleshooting with modern technology is not foreign to you. In other words, you have good computer skills to use diagnostic software and similar.
• you master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
• you have a Swedish driver's license with category B.

It is meritorious if you have:

• Experience with electric vehicles/hybrids, even if it is from passenger car electric.
• AC certification
• Forklift license
• Scissor lift training
• Fall protection training
• D license
