We are now looking for a facilities manager and simultaneously developing the role by including supervisory responsibilities. To strengthen the facilities management operations, we are looking for a person who, in addition to providing top-class service, can also coordinate and lead daily work. As a facilities manager with us, you will be an important part of the team and work together with colleagues to create the best conditions for our preschools and schools within the Department of Education. We value commitment, accountability, and the ability to structure and develop work for a well-functioning operation.
Job Responsibilities
The work includes typical school facilities management tasks, which may involve assembly work, changing light sources, repairs, and maintenance. The work may also involve handling purchases and orders for the operations. The tasks also include heavy lifting as we assist the operations with relocations.
Qualifications
You have a high school education with a practical focus or other relevant work experience as assessed by the employer. The position also involves some administrative work, so good computer skills are required. You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. A valid driver's license (B) and driving experience are also required.
To thrive in the role of facilities manager, you need to be service-oriented and put the customer first. As a person, you are positive and solution-focused, capable of providing ideas and suggestions. You have the ability to work independently as well as in a team. In addition to collaborating with colleagues, you will also have a lot of contact with principals and staff at the schools, which requires good collaboration skills and the ability to establish good relationships. We also place great importance on personal suitability.

Working Hours/Duration
Full-time, permanent. Start date according to agreement.
