About the position

Our regional office in Fagersta is looking to expand its team with an additional property caretaker.

We offer you a job where no two days are alike and are looking for someone who is handy and flexible.

Some examples of tasks for the property caretaker:

• Act as a link between tenants and property owners by receiving and managing service requests and reporting any issues or discrepancies.
• Handle repairs and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry, or coordinate with external contractors for larger projects.
• Daily supervision: Perform daily checks of the property's general condition, including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
• The job may involve emergency and on-call duties.

We are looking for a dedicated property caretaker who is ready to take care of our properties with precision and care and who wants to work to exceed our customers' expectations. You enjoy hands-on work and love providing world-class service. It is important that you appreciate meeting our tenants and have good customer interaction.

We currently have a well-functioning and good team with a strong work ethic. Everyone communicates with each other, helps each other, and supports one another. It is important that you can also collaborate, communicate, and want to be part of the team.

Even though we are a team that works closely together, our properties are located in different areas of the municipality. This means that you need to be self-sufficient, able to make your own decisions, and have a broad skill set with an eye for property maintenance.

It is an advantage if you have a background as a craftsman, property caretaker, or experience in plumbing and other property technology. It is practical if you have an extended driver's license, but it is not a requirement.

You will be offered a permanent position in a family business with a warm culture and strong forward momentum.
