As production occurs in the afternoon/evening, working hours will be accordingly.

You will report to the Site Manager and be an important part of DHL's local management team.

Meetings may occur outside of your working hours.

Responsibilities and Duties

You will have a developing and exciting role as you will be responsible for:

• Planning, leading, and following up on daily operational activities
• Independently analyzing finances, process compliance, and service outcomes
• Finding improvement suggestions for existing processes
• Identifying possible areas for improvement
• Conducting current situation analyses (profitability, work structure, etc.)
• Handling various personnel matters in consultation with HR
• Developing, engaging, and motivating your employees

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To succeed in this role, we prefer that you have:

• A minimum of high school education
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience and good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Previous experience with personnel responsibility
• Experience in LEAN Management or similar is a plus

The position is permanent with a 100% employment rate. DHL applies a probationary period.

The position is located in Eskilstuna.
