We are looking for a Technical Support with extensive experience in crawler cranes and foundation machines.

About the position:

- Technical support to customers, field technicians, and sales department

- Handling of procurement in consultation with the service manager

- Forwarding service messages and ensuring that safety information is followed

- Quoting upgrades, services, and non-standard solutions

- Proactive approach to customer support

- Technical support for warranty cases

- Project management and coordination as well as associated documentation

- Coordination of technicians, work reports, spare parts, etc.

Your profile:

- Background as a field technician or similar experience

- Technical education in the fields of mechatronics, electrical engineering, heavy machinery, or industrial mechanics

- Experience with spare parts lists, preparing procurements, and handling work orders

- Independent, structured, and efficient

- Customer-oriented working method

- Good computer skills for documentation

- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

- Open to travel both within Sweden and to other Liebherr companies in Europe
