The Unit for Multilingualism is a central unit for mother tongue instruction and study guidance in the mother tongue from a 6-19 year perspective: preschool class, primary school, adapted primary school, upper secondary school, and adapted upper secondary school. The unit's mission includes coordinating and organizing activities in both municipal and independent schools.

Our administrative offices are located at Fyrisborgsgatan 1, while the pedagogical activities take place in the municipality's schools.

Your Assignment

Your tasks include teaching primary school students in the subject of mother tongue according to applicable governing documents. Instruction takes place in the municipality's schools.

Your Background

We are looking for someone who has a teaching degree or equivalent pedagogical education at the university level that the employer deems equivalent. The work requires that you have Yiddish as your mother tongue and good knowledge of Swedish. You also need to have very good computer skills.

As a person, you are pedagogical and have an understanding of people's different conditions for acquiring knowledge. You are good at structuring, planning, and prioritizing your work. The job suits you if you are a communicative person who finds it easy to listen and adapt your way of communicating.
