JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will primarily work in Oasen with students who need a smaller social context or other forms of special support. Teaching may cover all theoretical subjects, but with a main focus on our core subjects Swedish, Mathematics, and English. We also have teachers from the upper grades who teach in Oasen based on their respective subjects.

As a teacher with us, you stimulate students to learn and take responsibility. With commitment and enthusiasm, you create a safe learning environment based on mutual respect and cooperation, through good leadership both in and out of the classroom.

You have positive and high expectations of the students and adapt teaching based on all students' levels, focusing on the best interests of the student.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a licensed and experienced teacher with qualifications to teach one or more core subjects in grades 4-6 and/or 7-9. Experience of previous work in schools is advantageous. We place great emphasis on collaboration skills, pedagogical leadership, and personal maturity. You have good leadership in the classroom that conveys a clear structure, safety, clear expectations, and relationship-building. Your fundamental view is characterized by seeing opportunities and having a positive and inclusive approach.

You contribute to giving our students belief in themselves for the future.
