Transdev's assignment Mälartåg is currently looking for an engaged and driven person who thrives on close collaboration with employees and leaders. Do you have experience in personnel planning, administrative work, and improvement work and are ready for an exciting challenge? As a Personnel Planner, you will play a key role in distributing and controlling staffing, scheduling, vacation, and leave planning. You will also have a key role in driving improvement and development work. You will be responsible for ensuring cost-effective staffing within the organization and conducting ongoing monitoring and reporting of the executed planning. Furthermore, you will actively participate in meetings to analyze business performance and develop necessary routines and processes and identify areas for improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the distribution and control of staffing including scheduling, staffing planning, and vacation and leave planning.

• Ensure cost-effective staffing of train drivers and train attendants and conduct ongoing monitoring and reporting of the executed planning.

• Actively participate in regular meetings to analyze and discuss key figures for business performance.

• Together with the other planning department, drive improvement and development work.

• Maintain continuous communication and good contact with operations to ensure that planning is followed and to identify areas for improvement.

• Provide support and deliver necessary information, processes, and routines for the assignment.

• Handle both short-term vacancy coverage and work with long-term planning to ensure continuity and efficiency in operations.

Qualifications:

• At least a high school education

• At least 2-3 years of experience in planning, scheduling, and staffing.

• Good knowledge of the Office suite Nice to have

• Meritorious if you have post-secondary education.

• Meritorious with previous experience in rail traffic
