About the Company

Krontallen Fastigheter AB is responsible for the maintenance and operation of a large number of properties in the Gävle & Sandviken area. This includes the responsibility to plan and maintain both the properties and gardens, as well as providing cleaning services for these properties and for other companies and individuals.

About the Job

As a property caretaker, you will be responsible for the internal and external maintenance for our clients and you will be part of a team that manages the daily administration. Depending on skills and interests, we can develop the position together. You will work both independently and together with your colleagues, and you will have great freedom to solve the challenges you face in your work.

Some examples of tasks as a property caretaker:

- Together with responsible parties, plan maintenance of properties including gardens

- Assist with furnishing new apartments for rental

- Handle repairs and maintenance tasks

- Work together with external contractors on larger projects.

- Perform inspections of the property's general condition, including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.

- Garden maintenance

- Purchase of materials, maintenance of machines and hand tools.

- The work may involve emergency and on-call duties.

Who are you?

- We believe you have a high school diploma and/or vocational training, preferably with a focus on property maintenance/operations/management or equivalent relevant work experience. Experience in one of the following areas is an advantage: Construction, electrical, HVAC, or other training/experience deemed suitable by the employer for the assignment.

It is also important that you are service-oriented, quality-conscious, and have the ability to organize your work efficiently.

- You have experience in property service or other craft work and can maintain good communication with colleagues and clients

- You have a good sense of service and the ability to meet different people. You are meticulous and structured in your work and can work at a fast pace and adapt to changes when needed

- The position requires a B driver's license for manual transmission

About the Position:

- Employment type: Permanent with an initial probationary period of 6 months

- Employment rate: Full-time

- Working hours: Daytime weekdays, some on-call response may be required

- Start date: Immediately or as agreed

- Background checks are performed on all our staff upon employment
