Staffare AB was founded in 1982 by Anders Staffare. The journey began in a small sales office at Huddig AB's factory with 1 employee. Today, Staffare has around 120 employees and operates in 11 locations with full-service facilities in Uppsala, Bollnäs, Hudiksvall, Timrå, Skellefteå, and Luleå. In Storvik, Västerås, Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Ängelholm, there are sales offices. We are now looking for

the growing and prosperous Staffare AB for a service technician for the workshop in Uppsala. At Staffare AB, all employees play an important role in the ongoing effort to provide customers with world-class service. A wonderful team with a great atmosphere and strong cohesion awaits your arrival.

Your Responsibilities

As a service technician at Staffare, you will be responsible for repairs, maintenance, and service of construction and/or agricultural machinery. You will have a central role in the company and work closely with customers to ensure that their machines and tools are functioning. As a service technician, you are the company's face to the outside and therefore careful to manage good customer relationships. The position is based in the workshop in Uppsala, but you will also be out in the field in all kinds of weather.

At Staffare AB, you can expect a stimulating and varied job where you will work with different vehicles and brands. You will deal with everything from various service issues, advanced troubleshooting (electricity, hydraulics), as well as both large and small repairs.

Your Profile

We prefer that you have a vehicle engineering education and/or have worked with service of machines and vehicles for several years, which has given you good mechanical knowledge. You are used to working independently and have the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve problems effectively. You are a team player who enjoys good customer contact. You are also responsible, meticulous, and have a high quality awareness. A requirement is to be fluent in Swedish and proficient in English in both spoken and written form, as both languages are used in daily work. A B driver's license is required for the position. You also possess good computer skills.
